Sutee Losoponkul, Director

Mr. Sutee is a professional banker with 33 years of experience in Treasury management. He has been highly trained in treasury products, banking operations, and risk management. He has proven record in treasury management, negotiation, analytical skills and good communication together with management experience during Thailand financial crisis. 

He began his banking experience with Nakornthon Bank PCL. from 1987-1999 as a Vice President, Treasury Office and BIBF Manager, then, a Senior Vice President, Treasury Group Head. During the bank merger from1999-2000, he was promoted to be the Head of Business Planning and Extended Management Team of Standard Chartered Nakornthon Bank PCL.

Mr. Sutee joined CIMB Thai Bank PCL. since 2000. He was appointed to be an Acting President and Chief Executive Officer in September 2020 and retired in January 2021. After his retirement, he was appointed as an Advisor to the new President and CEO of the CIMB Thai Bank PCL. 

He is currently an Independent Director, a member of Audit Committee and a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee of IFS Capital (Thailand) PCL, a member of Financial Markets Committee, 
Bank of Thailand and a member of Sub-Committee, Capital Market Supervisory Board, The Securities and Exchange Commission.

Qualifications:
Mr. Sutee holds Bachelor of Engineering Program in Industrial Engineering, Prince of Songkhla University, Songkhla, Thailand and Master of Business Administration in Financial Management, National Institute of Development Administration, Thailand.
