Sira Intarakumthornchai, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee

Mr. Sira is the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PwC Thailand, serving two terms from July 2012 until June 2020. 

Prior to taking the top post, Mr. Sira served in numerous leadership positions within PwC including Chief Operating Officer (COO) of PwC firms covering five strategically important countries in Southeast Asia, comprising Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos.

On a client-facing role, Sira advised large multinational clients, as well as emerging and family businesses in various areas. With three decades of professional experience, his depth of knowledge and expertise spanned across auditing, internal controls, risk and governance, corporate tax and strategic group tax planning.

Mr. Sira holds Bachelor of Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and MS in Management (Finance Analysis), University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA.
