Principal Asset Management Thailand (“Principal”) shared insights and perspectives on potential investment opportunities within the Vietnamese capital market at Vietnam’s largest investment conference, Vietnam Access Days (VAD), in Ho Chi Minh City.  Principal is also committed to helping investors in Thailand diversify their investment portfolios through the Principal Vietnam Equity fund (“the Fund”).

Chatree Meechaijaroenying, Head of Equities, Principal Asset Management Thailand said, “We launched the Principal Vietnam Equity fund in 2017 as part of our expansion to offer equity solutions that help our clients diversify their investment portfolios.  The Fund has consistently delivered a strong performance, achieving 1st Quartile rankings in 2024, as well as solid 3-year and 5-year track records  (The fund has also maintained a consistent 5-star Morningstar rating . The total assets under management of Principal Vietnam Equity fund stood at 10,836.26 MTHB as of February 2025”.
VAD 2025, Vietnam's largest investment conference, took place from February 25-27, 2025, at the Reverie Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Chatree Meechaijaroenying, Fund Manager of the Principal Vietnam Equity Fund was one of 23 industry expert speakers. He shared his insights and perspectives on the potential investment opportunities within the Vietnamese capital market. The event attracted over 500 attendees, including leading domestic and international institutional investors and prominent Vietnamese companies.
