Amendments to the Information of 62 Funds
Principal Asset Management Company Limited (the "Asset Management Company") would like to inform you of the amendments to the information of fund scheme (the "Scheme") for 62 funds which have been approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"), per the details in the attachment to this letter. The amendments are summarized below
- Amendments to adjust the format regarding the disclosure of information in the project or fund's prospectus, in accordance with Circular Letter No. Nor Jor (Wor) 5/2564 Re: Submission of Photocopies of Notifications and Clarification Concerning Fund Management Notifications, dated 14 May 2021.
- Amendments regarding conditions for issuing and delivering the confirmation note, by cancel the conditions of delivery the confirmation note by post, to support the delivery of documents via online channels.
- Amendment of dividend payment conditions of Principal Property Income Fund (PRINCIPAL iPROP) and Principal Property Income Plus Health Fund (PRINCIPAL iPROPPLUS), in accordance with Annex IX of Notification of the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission No. Sor Nor 9/2564 re: Rules, Conditions, and Procedures for the Management of Retail Mutual Funds, Mutual Funds for Accredited Investors, and Mutual Funds for Institutional Investors, dated 29 January 2021.
- Amendments the benchmark of the fund to be in accordance with investment strategy and in accordance with the changed of index name.
The foregoing amendments effective from 14 December 2021 according to the date of amendments were approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. However, according to the changes of item 4, the Management Company will announce again before the effective date.
